Jeff Turner is the Managing Partner of Hillcrest Capital Partners. Prior to forming Hillcrest, Jeff was co-head of the Middle Market Mergers & Acquisitions Group at U.S. Bancorp Piper Jaffray in Minneapolis. His transaction experience includes exclusive sale assignments, leveraged buyouts, fairness opinions, divestitures, and buyer advisories for a variety of middle market clients. Jeff is regularly invited to speak at mergers and acquisitions symposiums around the country. Jeff began his career in the middle market structured finance group at Chemical Bank, where he analyzed, structured and negotiated leveraged buyout transactions.

Jeff graduated from Amherst College and received a master of business management degree with distinction from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.

Jeff currently is the Chairman of the Board of EZ Gard Industries, Inc. (dba Shock Doctor Inc.), Rosemount Office Systems, Forsythe Appraisals, LLC and serves on the Board of Directors of Jaffer Corp., LLC.
