Robert Kress has been an Associate at Hillcrest Capital Partners since October of 2006. Prior to that he had been at Best Buy, Inc. in several strategic finance positions. While at Best Buy he was responsible for a $3 billion P&L and was a key member of the team involved in launching several digital entertainment initiatives and a complete re-design of the company’s stores. Before joining Best Buy, Robert was a consultant at the Anklesaria Group where he helped Fortune 500 size clients around the world improve their operations and supply chain capabilities. Prior to earning his MBA, Robert was an engineer working to develop and manufacture next-generation semiconductor technology.

Robert has a Bachelor of Science degree in microelectronic engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology and an MBA from the University of Southern California Marshall School Of Business.
