Grant Robinson focuses on leveraged buyouts and add-on acquisitions across a variety of industries as an associate at Hillcrest. He is responsible for evaluating potential investment opportunities, performing due diligence, assisting in obtaining financing for investments, and working closely with portfolio company management teams. Prior to joining Hillcrest in 2011, Grant worked as a senior investment banking analyst at Craig-Hallum Capital Group where he was involved in numerous public equity financings, private placements, and M&A advisory assignments. Grant is a certified public accountant and holds a Master of Accountancy and a B.S. with majors in accounting, finance and international business from the University of Minnesota.
